Summary
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative Support and provide Internal and External Customers with Service Support via email communications. You will be responsible for inspection order support, inquiry assistance, and problem resolution for External Customers, and processing and administration support for Internal Customers.
Requirements
- Fluent English Level (C1 or above)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to solve problems through a good understanding of products, processes and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively and resolve/defuse difficult customer issues
- Proficiency in standard office software applications
- Good organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Provide Internal and External Customers with Service Support via email communications
- Support External Customer receives inspection order support, inquiry assistance and problem resolution
- Support Internal Customers receive processing and administration support
