  • Provide an industry best customer experience for one of our e-commerce brands, Fasteners Plus
  • Recognize and identify customer needs and opportunities by being a great listener
  • Continuously improve our processes
  • Work within a highly collaborative team and strategize with our Marketing, Operations, Freight, and Purchasing teams to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrate our commitment to our brand promise by providing customers what they want, when they need it on their first call
  • Complete daily tasks while living out our values and code through self-awareness and integrity
  • Openly discuss and relay information with stellar follow-up and execution
  • Celebrate what is going well while identifying opportunities for growth
