Summary

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails, building positive relationships with customers, meeting team KPIs, staying up-to-date with technology, handling sensitive customer information, applying best practices for customer happiness, maintaining knowledge of client products and services, and communicating with developers and other departments. This position requires fluency in Chinese and English, experience in customer support, live chats and emails, a finance/economics/mathematics background, interest in crypto or stock exchange, analytical and research skills, and a personal laptop with a stable internet connection.

Requirements

  • Chinese and English both B2/upper-intermediate level
  • Experience in a customer support role
  • 2–3 years of experience with live chats and emails
  • Finance/Economics/Mathematics or related qualification
  • Interest in crypto or stock exchange
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

  • Provide exceptional customer support via chats, and emails
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in crypto/finance
  • Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk
