Responsibilities
- Support our Customers from the European market in all products
- Product Issue Resolution
- Outbound call campaigns
- Maintaining the customer database
- Maintain our KPIβs to ensure a high level of customer service
- Continue to improve and maintain product knowledge
- Follow all internal procedures
- Liaise with other internal departments to resolve issues
