Requirements

  • Proficiency in computer operations and strong command of Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to effectively identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • A proactive, client-focused approach with patience and clear communication abilities
  • Team players who thrive in a collaborative customer service environment
  • Native proficiency in Greek and a communicative level of English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, social media, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide guidance and support to customers regarding service-related issues, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Inform customers about current promotional events and service offerings
  • Handle all inbound communication. No outbound or cold-calling required
  • Work in rotating shifts to support market-specific business hours (morning: 09:00–17:45, afternoon: 13:15–22:00)
  • Maintain accurate and clear documentation of customer interactions in internal systems

Preferred Qualifications

Residence in the Czech Republic is considered an advantage
