LogiSense is hiring a Customer Solutions Architect to join their implementation team. The role involves analyzing customer requirements, designing overall implementation solutions, deploying solutions, coordinating UAT test cycles, and providing post-launch support using LogiSense's industry-leading usage-based billing platform. Requirements

• Five (5) to eight (8) years in analyzing and documenting customer requirements with the ability to derive sustainable solutions meeting company objectives
• Five (5) to eight (8) years implementing or supporting solutions in a SaaS environment
• Three (3) to four (4) years working with JavaScript
• Post secondary education in computer science or a related field
• SQL Scripting skills
• Conduct JAD sessions and experience in managing solution development cycles
• Understanding of ETL processes and large scale customer data migrations
• Troubleshoot issues during unit system testing and user acceptance testing
• Provide knowledge transfer and document operational procedures to support a successful transition to the LogiSense’s support team
• Work with the Project Manager and Senior Consultants/Solution Architect in the delivery of end-to-end solutions
• Experience in Python, Billing and Rating industry with a focus on Telecommunications, IoT, Subscriptions

Responsibilities

• Help analyze customer requirements and provide sustainable solutions in line with company objectives
• Conduct initial requirement gathering and documentation
• Design overall implementation solutions
• Deploy solutions (migrate, implement, integrate)
• Coordinate UAT test cycles with customers
• Provide post-launch support as needed
