Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or B2B client care
  • A service-first mindset β€” genuinely caring about customers and long-term relationships
  • High-level organizational and admin skills (you love ticking off to-dos and following SOPs)
  • Experience working with sales CRMs and tracking KPIs
  • The ability to work independently and communicate with clarity in a fully remote setting
  • Confidence in video calls, screen shares, and client interactions

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound sales inquiries and guide clients through sponsorship and advertising options
  • Own the full customer lifecycle - from onboarding to renewal and upsell
  • Ensure advertising materials and deliverables are collected and delivered on time
  • Track performance and identify upsell opportunities based on campaign success
  • Maintain structured, caring communication with clients, helping them feel supported
  • Maintain records in CRM and stay on top of invoices, follow-ups, and accounts receivable
  • Contribute ideas to improve systems, client processes, and customer experience
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with editorial, content, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and execution of campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with advertising/media sales, publishing, or sponsorships
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, AdSales Genius, or ActiveCampaign
  • Strong written English β€” especially helpful for client communication and email sequences
  • Comfort with account receivable follow-ups or managing small business clients
  • Long-term career interest in team leadership within a growing department
