Summary

Requirements

  • 0-2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (support, operations, customer success)
  • Former customer-facing experience
  • A strong desire to be in the technology space
  • Ability to complete tasks quickly and be highly productive
  • A relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners’ successes with them
  • Quantitatively inclined and data savvy; able to draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets, ask critical questions, and synthesize raw numbers into simple, actionable recommendations
  • A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality; enjoys fast-paced environments and isn’t deterred by setbacks or pivots
  • A solid track record of achievement (e.g., success in a top-tier company, delivered quantifiable business impact, quickly assumed responsibilities, or won competitive awards)
  • A strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
  • Curious and interested in making an impact

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of small spend accounts
  • Identify and flag risks that will lead to customer churn
  • Manage customer escalations and complete client communications in bulk
  • Collect product and operational feedback and share it with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Provide a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
  • Drive adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention
