Summary

Requirements
- 0-2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (support, operations, customer success)
- Former customer-facing experience
- A strong desire to be in the technology space
- Ability to complete tasks quickly and be highly productive
- A relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partnersβ successes with them
- Quantitatively inclined and data savvy; able to draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets, ask critical questions, and synthesize raw numbers into simple, actionable recommendations
- A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality; enjoys fast-paced environments and isnβt deterred by setbacks or pivots
- A solid track record of achievement (e.g., success in a top-tier company, delivered quantifiable business impact, quickly assumed responsibilities, or won competitive awards)
- A strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
- Curious and interested in making an impact
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of small spend accounts
- Identify and flag risks that will lead to customer churn
- Manage customer escalations and complete client communications in bulk
- Collect product and operational feedback and share it with relevant internal stakeholders
- Provide a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
- Drive adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention
