Summary

Join Planet's Customer Success team as a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support a wide range of customers. This temporary, 12-month, remote position based in Bogota, Colombia, involves ensuring smooth onboarding, access provisioning, and usage reporting. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to deliver seamless customer experiences for key programs and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, a knack for process improvement, and a desire to support impactful programs are essential. Requirements

  • 0-1 year of relevant work experience
  • Current full-time enrollment at a university
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks across time zones and stakeholders
  • Comfort with data and reporting tools
  • Clear communication and a proactive approach to solving problems
  • Must be proficient in English, the language of the company

Responsibilities

  • Provision, update, and support user access for key customer programs
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely delivery of access credentials and platform onboarding materials
  • Generate custom usage reports for high-value accounts and others with specific reporting requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation of reporting timelines, metrics, and delivery processes
  • Set up and manage partner access for strategic collaborations
  • Act as a point of contact for partner onboarding questions and technical setup
  • Coordinate internal alignment and respond to bid requests, ensuring accurate and timely provisioning
  • Support Customer Success and Sales teams with administrative and operational tasks more generally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Salesforce, Excel, or customer success platforms
  • Experience with platforms like ArcGIS, QGIS, or Google Earth Engine
