Summary

Join Voltus as a Customer Success Associate and ensure customers efficiently enter the market and achieve success. You will manage customer onboarding, provide ongoing support, and act as the primary point of contact. Collaborate with sales, operations, and energy markets teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Drive adoption and manage expectations, schedule meetings, and communicate onboarding status effectively. Continue supporting customers and sales teams post-onboarding. This role requires problem-solving skills and a passion for impacting customers and Voltus's bottom line. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, process-oriented, organized, and excels at building customer relationships.

  • You love customers and want to work with them daily

  • You have strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You have the ability to shift priorities quickly when necessary
  • You are great at cross-functional collaboration
  • You have strong Salesforce experience and love using technology to drive efficiency, scalability, and value for everyone
  • You understand or are interested in the role of demand-side resources in energy markets
  • You want to work with the best team in the energy industry
  • You have 3+ years experience in customer-facing role(s)
  • You are excited to work remotely

Responsibilities

  • Reduce the time it takes a customer to enter the market and ensure they are prepared to perform and earn money
  • Eliminate internal seams so other Voltans can work efficiently
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships beyond onboarding
  • Provide Sales team with ongoing account support

Preferred Qualifications

You have a relevant Bachelorโ€™s degree
