Summary

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SOAR/Automation technologies or a similar role
- 5+ years in customer-facing positions such as pre-sales engineering, customer success engineering, or technical services
- Proven expertise in security, automation, scripting, and API integration
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a βcan-doβ attitude in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with security operations centers (SOC), cloud environments, EDR, and SIEM technologies
