  • Proven track record as a trusted advisor, creating valuable business partnerships and delivering measurable results
  • Ability to independently conduct technical discovery, while knowing when to engage internal resources for better understanding of client needs

Responsibilities

  • Customer Success & Value Delivery: Drive retention, adoption, and growth by understanding how the customer defines success and delivering value throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Customer Needs & Solutions: Uncover business needs and KPIs to address pain points and help customers achieve goals, maintaining industry and product knowledge for effective communication
  • Customer Training & Relationships: Deliver customized training and build relationships to share best practices, uncover new pain points, and improve efficiencies
  • Project & Touchpoint Management: Manage customer initiatives, prioritize based on customer health, and deliver consistent touchpoints like cadence calls and Executive Business Reviews
  • Advocacy & Collaboration: Identify upsell opportunities, lead product discussions, advocate customer needs to internal teams, and participate in cross-functional initiatives
