Customer Success Manager

Summary

Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as a remote English-fluent Customer Success Manager based in Argentina. You will be the primary client contact, providing Tier 1 support and fostering strong relationships. Responsibilities include onboarding, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, collaborating with internal teams, communicating product updates, and staying current on Amazon and marketplace advancements. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, 6+ years of Customer Success experience, and 3+ years of experience with Amazon Ads or Walmart Advertising. The position offers a monthly salary between $1,500 and $2,500 USD, a 3-month trial period, and remote work.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Have 6+ years of work experience in Customer Success
• Have 3+ years of Amazon Ads or Walmart Advertising experience
• Have 3+ years of Client Relationship Management experience
• Possess exceptional client management and communication skills
• Be proficient in English
• Have a minimum of 6 hours of time overlap with US Pacific Standard Time Zone

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for all client communications and provide Tier 1 support
• Foster enduring relationships with brands and agencies through onboarding and Quarterly Business Reviews, helping them realize the full potential of Intentwise Ad Optimizer, Intentwise Analytics Cloud, and Intentwise Explore (AMC)
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to address and resolve issues, ensuring seamless operations for our clients
• Educate clients about the Company's roadmap and offer insights into upcoming developments that can further enhance their strategies
• Lead onboarding sessions for new and existing clients, understanding their goals and ensuring they are well-versed in extracting maximum value from our suite of tools
• Stay at the forefront of Amazon and marketplace domain advancements, such as new APIs, updates to ads, and other relevant and up-to-date insights

Preferred Qualifications

Have 1+ years of Intentwise or other similar advertising software experience
