Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience for Mid, and 5 years for Senior level in a similar role in Media Agency, Digital Advertising, or AdTech
  • Strong understanding of demand- or supply-side platforms and digital advertising technologies
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
  • Ability to analyze and clearly communicate insights
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel with a data-driven mindset
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint, pushing slides, and enjoying presentations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent working experience
  • Fluent language skills in both Swedish and English. are mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all customer-related matters
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Defining and executing media strategy and media plans for key accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams including business development, product, marketing, and ad operations to deliver a seamless experience for clients
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling solutions and services to customers
  • Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs with agencies and brands to understand their needs and ensure they are leveraging the full value of Verve’s solutions
  • Provide clients with insights, best practices, and recommendations to optimize their outcomes
