Customer Success Onboarding Manager

Summary

Join Quandoo, a leading restaurant reservation platform, as a dedicated point of contact for new restaurant partners. You will onboard new partners, providing phone and email support during their first month. Conduct system training, ensure optimal system usage and online presence, and collaborate with internal teams and field staff. This role involves managing existing client accounts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and maintaining the internal customer database (Salesforce). Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for new restaurant partners, providing support via phone and email during their first month with Quandoo
• Conduct telephone-based system training sessions for restaurant partners
• Support restaurant partners in optimizing their use of the Quandoo system and achieving an optimal online presence
• Actively work on existing client issues in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Serve as a liaison between various internal departments, restaurant partners, and the field sales team
• Maintain the internal customer database (Salesforce)

Preferred Qualifications

• Ideally, possess prior professional experience in customer support, hospitality, or the restaurant industry
