Remote Customer Support Administrator

Summary

Join Panoptyc, a rapidly growing, fully remote company using AI and manual review to detect theft, as a Customer Support Admin. You will focus on ensuring customer success with camera installations and our solutions. This full-time, contract-to-hire position requires excellent written and verbal English skills and 1+ years of customer-facing experience. You will make warm calls, send follow-up communications, fix issues, and take inbound support calls. The ideal candidate is reliable, process-oriented, empathetic, and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Share information on new products and services to customers
• Make warm calls to existing customers to check in and ensure they're not having issues
• Send follow-up calls and emails to ensure customers are having no issues with their cameras and ensuring that the customers get around to completing installs
• Fix issues that customers and processes have as soon as you discover them
• Take inbound customer support calls and assisting with camera installation and escalated issues to ensure customer happiness

Benefits

• Full-time status (40 hours per week)
• Able to work during US Eastern time zone
• Starting hourly rate of $5.00 - $6.00 USD (depending on experience)
