Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal) – C2 level
  • Good organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Handle written correspondence from our clients
  • Process access related requests
  • Answer inbound phone calls
  • Other tasks instructed by superiors
  • Perform work in line with internal policies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Speak additional languages besides English (preferably: Spanish, French, German or Italian)
  • Are ambitious and driven - the ability to focus your energy on where it matters the most
  • Are a Fast learner - you've learnt how to jump in and swim
