Requirements

• Provide remote support to Alegra users, helping them maximize the tool's benefits and grow their businesses
• Maintain a high level of user satisfaction (92% or above)
• Implement ideas to continuously improve the process and support Alegra's product or service
• Lead with other teams to drive customer success
• Maintain a culture of continuous learning
