Join CPM International as a Customer Support Representative for New Balance! This temporary, full-time position (3-month contract) offers a competitive salary (€19.400 gross per year) plus incentives and a bonus upon contract completion. Responsibilities

• Provide Expert Customer Support: Skillfully address product inquiries and resolve customer issues via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Empathize and Problem-Solve: Understand customer needs, analyze problems, and offer tailored solutions
• Master Product Knowledge: Become a New Balance expert, gaining in-depth knowledge of products and services
• Represent the Brand: Embody our company values and serve as a brand ambassador
