Requirements

  • Possess strong customer support experience
  • Have moderate technical knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Be able to embody 'the spirit' of the College/University
  • Pay attention to details and multitask between applications with ease
  • Have a dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Have 16 GB RAM
  • Have internet speed of 50+ MBPS
  • Be connected to ethernet while working on this project
  • Be willing to install ModSquad's security software and 2FA app on your mobile device
  • Have access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chats, and SMS messages

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have Zendesk experience
  • Use dual monitors
