Responsibilities

  • Advise clients: Take calls and provide initial advice to B2B partners in Italian
  • Communicate: Communicate with partners about the on-going cases, provide regular updates on the progress and help other operation teams with the communication in Italian
  • Work with systems: Utilize CRM systems and our internal databases efficiently
