Requirements

• Native proficiency in Slovenian
• Advanced (B2) level in English (oral and written)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through outbound and inbound communication (voice, email, social media, and video calls)
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, ordering, and product usage queries
• Provide accurate and timely after-call notes in English using CRM systems
• Actively promote company products and services through upselling and cross-selling to drive customer satisfaction and retention
• Address and resolve customer concerns with speed and professionalism
• Leverage data insights to proactively engage customers, improving outcomes and success rates
• Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for the customer and enhance service quality
