Responsibilities

  • Support all forms of inbound communication with user, including chat, phone and email
  • Maintain callback requests and outbound communications as needed
  • Welcome and educate new users to our app
  • User verification and documentation
  • Research shift discrepancies
  • Troubleshooting app functionality with users
