Cyber Program Manager

Summary

Join TestPros as a Program Manager and oversee the day-to-day program oversight, contract execution, and coordination of all Cybersecurity Support Services (CSS) tasks across the FCC. Ensure performance aligns with FCC objectives, manage reporting and deliverables, and serve as the primary liaison with the Contracting Officer (CO), COR, and designated FCC leadership. The role requires managing federal IT or cybersecurity programs of similar size/scope and demonstrated leadership in managing multi-disciplinary cybersecurity teams. Familiarity with the FCC organizational structure and reporting expectations is also necessary. Requirements

• Experience managing federal IT or cybersecurity programs of similar size/scope

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of all required services under the contract
• Ensure compliance with FCC policy, directives, schedules, and deliverables
• Manage meetings, meeting deliverables, status reporting, and metrics
• Support performance and investment metrics reporting
• Lead transition planning and support coordination across teams
• Ensure quality, timeliness, and efficiency of deliverables
