Remote Cybersecurity Analyst

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles and the creation of user manuals, procedure guides, and security standards
• Capability to research and evaluate different security solution providers (e.g., anti-phishing, firewalls), analyzing their features and aligning them with the company's needs
• Focus on ensuring security processes are correctly followed, with an eye toward future ISO 27001 certification
• Basic knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001 or similar is a plus
• Familiarity with common business security solutions (e.g., password management systems, authentication systems)
• Understanding of fundamental cybersecurity concepts such as multi-factor authentication, encryption, and malware protection
• Proven experience ensuring organizational compliance with industry-specific cybersecurity requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field strong plus
• Worked with KPIs & OKRs inside and Agile methodology framework with a continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Create user manuals and standardize security measures for the company's equipment
• Describe security-related processes, such as verifying that all employees have two-factor authentication enabled on the relevant systems
• Reach vendors, such as anti-phishing solution providers and be the owner of promoting a security culture within the company
• Implement actions and strategy to guarantee cybersecurity company-wide to preserve our future
• Elaborate cross-company cybersecurity plan to be executed via a squad with stakeholders from multiple areas
