Summary

Trafilea is seeking a dynamic Cybersecurity Analyst to lead and oversee its cybersecurity program, ensuring compliance with industry standards, reducing security incidents, improving employee awareness, integrating innovative technologies, and fostering a culture of cybersecurity across the organization. The role requires 4-5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity risks.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles
• Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity risks
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing cybersecurity teams for fast-growth companies
• Proven experience ensuring organizational compliance with industry-specific cybersecurity requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Worked with KPIs & OKRs inside and Agile methodology framework with a continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics
• A detail-oriented self-starter, an exceptional listener, and a skilled communicator (both verbal and written)
• A highly organized person that has a hands-on attitude that is always looking to resolve issues
• A positive team player with a proven ability to motivate and lead their team

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and oversee a world-class cybersecurity program
• Reduce the number and severity of cybersecurity incidents
• Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory cybersecurity standards
• Improve employee awareness and adherence to cybersecurity best practices
• Integrate innovative cybersecurity technologies and adapt to emerging threats
• Collaborate with existing cybersecurity partners to conduct a thorough assessment of the current security infrastructure
• Support process mapping and improvements in all areas related to potential security risks
• Lead and oversee all aspects of the cybersecurity program
• Develop a strategic vision for the cybersecurity program
• Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness and responsibility across all levels of the organization
• Implement measures to enhance the organization's cybersecurity posture
• Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and best practices
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of cybersecurity initiatives
