Summary

Join MCA Connect's Modern Platform Management team as a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Support Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues with the Dynamics 365 ERP application, primarily focusing on Financial and Project modules. This role involves collaborating with customers, partners, and team members to find solutions and improve operational metrics. In addition to daily issue resolution, you may participate in larger initiatives such as performance improvements, module implementations, and upgrades. You will also contribute to knowledge base development and proactive service creation. This position requires strong problem-solving, communication, and customer relationship skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Financials experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of Dynamics 365 ERP implementations experience
  • Minimum of 1 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 ERP implementation (Analysis – Deployment)
  • Minimum 3 years of industry and/or consulting experience
  • Certification in Dynamics 365 ERP Financials, or attainment of certification within first 90 days of employment
  • Proficient in US GAAP
  • Working knowledge of industry-specific best practices
  • Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and achieve client satisfaction
  • Monitor and triage new support cases
  • Troubleshoot issues and deliver high quality solutions
  • Effectively communicate to customers, partners, team members, and management
  • Provide support for team members
  • Develop whitepapers, best practice knowledge base, and articles
  • Create, develop, and deliver proactive services with the use of new features or common repetitive areas
  • Maintain effective customer relationships
  • Log incidents and document communications in CE
  • Follow established standards & methodologies
  • Optimize individual utilization
  • Continue professional education by setting specific annual training goals
  • Participate in larger project initiatives and lead process area-specific workstreams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dynamics 365 ERP 2012 experience
  • Accounting Degree
  • Certification in at least one other Dynamics 365 ERP module
  • Microsoft Sure Step Certification
  • Understanding of IFRS standards
  • CPA or CMA

Benefits

  • $90,000 - $160,000 a year
  • PLUS Uncapped Supplemental Compensation (Bonus) Plan paid out quarterly
