Join NetBrain as a Channel Sales Manager in Germany! This crucial role will significantly impact our growth by developing and maintaining strong partner relationships. You will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline with partners, recruiting and developing new channel partners, and driving new business across all customer segments. You'll guide partners in building recurring services, directly impacting revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding quotas and goals, along with extensive experience in partner recruitment and channel management within IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- You are located in Germany with a track record of exceeding quotas and goals
- 3-5 years of partner recruitment and channel management experience, preferably with IT infrastructure management
- 5+ years of direct or indirect selling experience with proven success
- Experienced in Salesforce, LinkedIn and Microsoft Office
- You have project management experience, proven track record at business planning and achieving measurable goals
- Outstanding people skills. Strong in-person, written and oral communication skills
- Good organizational skills with keen attention-to-detail
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, manage, develop and grow VAR partners
- Have a strong focus and will be measured on field-approved deal registrations provided to field sales, ultimately every other activity is in-service of deal registrations
- Communicate and complete sales reports, territory plans, market updates and QBRs
- Develop and implement effective partner management programs and recruitment strategies
- Forecast and deliver consistent revenues, new customers & project opportunities
- Work closely with dormant partners to reactivate
- Service existing partners and lead relationship activities for growth
- Identify potential partner needs and interests and effectively communicate benefits and opportunities available through NetBrainβs partner program
- Enable and support new partners through first product sales and implementation
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the assigned market, so as to be seen as the expert
