Responsibilities

  • Track project requirements utilizing project management tools
  • Lead the planning of communications and project roadmaps across our internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan and triage communications for effective response: Tag/ forward appropriate comms to new parties, track and surface โ€œlostโ€ conversations
  • Influence parallel processes of creative operations: Creative approvals, pre-production, asset organization
  • Influence parallel processes of media operations: Campaign naming, audience organization, campaign launches
  • Influence parallel processes of reporting operations: Delivery of new reports
  • Prepare and maintain recurring client presentations: Weekly notes, Monthly creative recap
  • Influence parallel processes of client onboarding tasks, keeping all tasks on track
  • Manage file organization by creating client-facing and internal documents as needed
  • Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of output and continuously seek areas of improvement
  • Hosting and leading weekly scrum meetings with internal team members to review high level objectives and deliverables
  • Collect, analyze and create actionable insights / reports to help clients make better data driven decisions. Using techniques including data analysis, computer programming, mathematics, and statistics and drawing conclusions from this analysis to describe, predict, and improve a clientโ€™s business performance
  • Generate Industry Reports using 1st and 3rd party tools analyzing changes in auction prices, new product / service features, breakdown of market share by competitor, pricing models, marketing and social strategy, ratings and reviews etc
  • Leverage the learnings to improve clients marketing funnels
  • Guide product feature improvements
  • Calibrate high-level marketing strategy
  • Generate new data points to be used in marketing copy
  • Competitor Business deep dive generating a report on specific competitor or set of competitors on features, prices, reviews, funnel differentials. Analyze social channels such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube and Amazon reviews
  • Find new marketing angles that are differentiated
  • Feature reviews and ratings compared to competitors in ads
  • Produce Ad documentation related to competitors
  • Analyze the journey of a customer from top of funnel awareness to conversion to lifecycle. Leverage objective (Google analytics, marketing accounts, hotjar, scroll depth tracking software etc.) and subjective (personal analysis, friction points, surveys, NPS survey reviews, email analysis) analysis to produce a 360 view of the customer journey
  • Create new split test experiments
  • Improve conversion rate of clientsโ€™ marketing funnels
  • Provide additive value to clients outside of paid media
  • Understand lifecycle marketing to guide a linear experience from ads
  • Generate a deeper view of the customer interests, attributes, demographics and psychographics
  • Generate a holistic performance report of a particular channel to understand ROI by campaign, ad group, ads, audiences, landing pages etc. Goal would be to give media buyers a birds eye view of performance to identify areas that need improvement, gaps in creative testing compared with other channels or uncover new insights and opportunities
