Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Data Analytics, Health Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 2 - 3 years experience as a Data Analyst in the healthcare sector, with a focus on care processes and/or business operations
- Understanding of basic healthcare codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Advanced Excel)
- Proficiency in EDA and visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Quicksight)
- Strong understanding of healthcare metrics, operational assessments, and process improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of healthcare data privacy standards, such as HIPAA
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly
Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare data to evaluate care management operations, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing workflows
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that visualize operational performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to gather requirements and define relevant metrics for evaluating care and business operations
- Complete analysis projects, including assembling datasets, cleaning, EDA, and interpretation, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Communicate insights and findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS services and EHR data
- Experience with Salesforce schemas
- Experience with Python
