Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar)
  • Have 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Excel, Tableau, Snowflake, and SQL
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Possess an ability to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive dashboards
  • Have excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and a proactive approach to learning
  • Have a strong grasp of KPIs and performance metrics in IT product management or related domains
  • Have an English level of Upper-Intermediate or higher

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the analytics lead and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to track product performance and drive business insights
  • Extract, clean, and analyze data from Snowflake to ensure high-quality, accurate reporting
  • Translate complex technical and analytical requirements into user-friendly and visually compelling dashboards
  • Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing dashboards for performance and usability
  • Document processes, KPIs, and data models to foster knowledge sharing and team alignment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have knowledge of dbt (data build tool) and Git
  • Have a basic understanding of ETL processes
