Summary

Join Reveleer, a pioneering value-based care technology platform, as a Data Analyst to build analytics products enabling data-driven decisions. You will guide analytics projects from start to finish, collaborating with various business functions. Responsibilities include providing ad-hoc data reporting, designing dashboards, and collaborating with data engineering. You will leverage Python, SQL, Tableau, and Excel to improve outcomes for internal teams and customers. The ideal candidate has at least two years of data analysis experience, proficiency in Python and SQL, and strong Microsoft Office skills. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset is essential.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, with a track record of translating data into actionable insights
  • Experience with Python and SQL
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization), along with Word and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to build trust and effectively communicate complex data findings to stakeholders across varying levels of analytical expertise
  • Comfortable working in an Agile, technology driven environment using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git, and collaborating closely with Product Owners and cross-functional engineering teams
  • Desire to be a partner to business stakeholders with a shared goal of using analytics and insights to drive the business forward
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing work independently when given context, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Focused on delivering timely results through iteration and continuous improvement, rather than waiting for perfect solutions

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver reporting and analysis initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders to monitor performance and support data-driven strategic and operational decisions
  • Identify opportunities to leverage analytics in driving meaningful action and improving outcomes for internal teams and customers
  • Provide ad-hoc data reporting for business partners and customers
  • Design, build, and maintain business intelligence dashboards that provide ongoing visibility and actionable insights to business partners and customers
  • Collaborate with data engineering to maintain a robust and accurate data warehouse

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Business Intelligence programs (e.g., Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Experience using cloud computing platforms like AWS
  • Experience with US Healthcare / Managed Care Organizations, specifically around risk adjustment programs
