Summary

Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on business intelligence and data visualization
- Proficiency with Apache Superset or similar BI tools
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of successfully navigating ambiguous situations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to business stakeholders effectively
- Experience working in a startup environment or a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Apache Superset
- Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes
- Write, optimize, and manage complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing thorough data validation and cleaning
- Design and implement business intelligence solutions that align with organizational goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and translate them into effective reporting solutions
- Apply your understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries to provide relevant insights and recommendations
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and relevance
- Address and resolve data-related issues and challenges with innovative solutions
- Clearly communicate technical concepts and data insights to non-technical stakeholders to drive business outcomes
