Data Analyst - Product

Summary

Join MaintainX, a leading workflow management platform, as a Data Analyst and leverage your expertise to drive product strategy. You will analyze data from various platforms to understand product health and feature performance, collaborating with Product Managers to identify improvement opportunities. This remote role (Canada or USA) requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of SaaS data analysis experience. You will guide product strategy through data analysis, identify opportunities for product development, work with the Product team on goal setting and reporting, and present results to stakeholders. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field
• 4+ years professional experience in the SaaS industry analyzing large datasets, visualizing information, and informing strategy
• Experience in statistical modelling with at least one statistical software package (e.g. Python, R)
• Strong analytical skill set capable of defining problems and developing innovative solutions utilizing appropriate methods and frameworks
• Expertise in creating reports and presentations for non-technical audiences
• Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.)
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, or similar language with the ability to learn additional analytics tools
• Proficiency with data visualization (Tableau)

Responsibilities

• Guide product strategy through analyses on the performance of product features and experiments
• Use internal and external data sources to identify opportunities for product development improvements
• Work with Product team partners to inform goal setting and help implement monitoring such as reporting dashboards
• Present results to Product team partners and collaborators
