Requirements
- Degree in statistics, math, actuarial science, economics, data science, computer science or related quantitative discipline
- 4+ years of professional experience working with data, which can include: complex dataset creation, reporting, profiling, or machine learning
- Expert in using SQL to extract data and create actionable data sets
- Experience with Python for data processing and analytics
- Ability to complete analyses with minimal guidance
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Redash, SAS VA, Tableau, Looker, Power BI or other data analytics and reporting tools
- Comfortable making impactful decisions in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment, able to pivot quickly to new priorities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong business judgment and communication skills (both verbal and in writing)
- Fluent in English (C1 or above)
Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of each solution and its potential impact on Credit and Fraud Risk indicators
- Define critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring and build comprehensive dashboards to ensure visibility across relevant metrics
- Establish effective alert mechanisms, optimizing them to reduce false negatives and minimize false positives, ensuring rapid and reliable response to emerging risks
- Design clear, compelling visualizations and interpret analytics results for stakeholders, enabling timely, data-driven decision-making across departments
- Regularly evaluate and refine monitoring approaches to adapt to evolving risks, business objectives, and stakeholder needs

- Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline
- Experience optimizing operational and financial performance
Benefits

- $2,000 - $4,580 USD gross per month (Based on experience and performance during the process)
