Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Architect, AI Architect, or similar role, with demonstrated expertise in Salesforce environments
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data solutions (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust data architectures and frameworks to support data ingestion, storage, processing, and analytics, with a particular focus on integrating the Salesforce environment
- Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models and AI applications, ensuring seamless integration within Salesforce and ERP platforms
- Collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Establish and promote best practices for data management, governance, and quality assurance, ensuring data integrity across Salesforce
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and tools to optimize our data and AI strategy
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members across multiple practice areas
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and security standards
- Understanding of AgentForce and Data Cloud capabilities and overall setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Experience in designing real-time data processing systems that work across Salesforce
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
