Generative Ai Architect

Summary

Join Encora as a Generative Artificial Intelligence Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful development and deployment of Generative AI systems. This role requires proven technical leadership, experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), and expertise in architecting and implementing Generative AI solutions using cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. You will mentor team members, work with senior stakeholders, and create comprehensive documentation. The position is full-time and remote, based in Brazil.

Requirements

• Experience as an AI/ML engineer or Data Scientist professional experience
• Proven technical leadership skills with the ability to drive technical initiatives and mentor team members
• Management experience – coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Experience working with stakeholders at the Sr. Director and above level
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, as well as of cloud computing platforms and tools
• Experience in architecting and implementing Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models, particularly RAG systems
• Proven expertise in the evaluation and improvement of Generative AI systems powered by Large Language Models
• Proven experience designing and building cloud-based Generative AI applications in AWS and Azure

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and robust Generative AI architectures, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, and security requirements
• Collaborate with other architects and engineers to integrate Generative AI systems into the overall technology stack
• Evaluate and select the right technologies, tools, and platforms for Generative AI development. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to guide technology decisions
• Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, and technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions. Foster collaboration across teams to ensure a cohesive approach to AI system development
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the AI, data, and development teams. Facilitate knowledge sharing, training, and continuous learning initiatives
• Create comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, frameworks, and methodologies. Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid data science skills
• Solid data engineering skills
• Azure certifications (AI/ML, Data, Cloud) are a big plus
