Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years in solution architecture, with a focus on data and AI/ML projects
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop) and analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau)
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, or Scala)
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, and query optimization
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for data processing, storage, and analytics platforms
• Develop AI/ML deployment strategies aligned with business requirements
• Choose appropriate technologies (cloud, on-prem, hybrid) to support business goals
• Design and implement modern data pipelines for ETL/ELT processes
• Optimize data lakes, warehouses, and real-time streaming platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, or Databricks)
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and security with compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize machine learning models
• Architect MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring
• Stay updated on advancements in AI and incorporate them into solution designs
• Gather and analyze business requirements to design tailored solutions
• Act as the technical point of contact for customers and internal teams
• Present architectural recommendations to stakeholders in clear, actionable terms
• Provide technical guidance on data engineering, AI/ML best practices, and DevOps methodologies
• Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for emerging technologies
• Mentor teams in implementing scalable, efficient solutions
