Requirements

• 2 years experience as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources, including databases, CRM systems, and external APIs
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to stakeholders
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific business questions and support strategic initiatives
• Identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies within data to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate them into effective reporting solutions
• Design and implement data quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R
