Join our client team as a detail-oriented Report Manager to create and manage key performance scorecards, conduct audits, generate operational reports, and support documentation management within the Fulfillment Department.

Requirements

  • Excel Proficiency: Intermediate-level skills in Excel, with knowledge of: Charts, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting . Functions like VLOOKUP and SUMIF
  • Reports Management Experience: Ability to manage and generate operational and performance reports
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for clear reporting and collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Creation of Fulfillment SPP Scorecards
  • Scorecard Management for all of fulfillment
  • Managing overall β€œhealth” of the documents
  • Handling any changes/edits to the scorecards
  • Management includes creating new quarters and a new document YoY
  • Complete Audits as assigned: Returns, EODs, SOSs, etc
  • Creation of the Fulfillment Actuals file on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Create reporting as needed for the Fulfillment Department
  • Create tickets in Zendesk from Tableau for SKU Inspection
  • Doclink Management and Support
  • Management of Fulfillment Capital Expense’s tracking
