Summary

Join Job Mobz, a Recruiter.com company, as an HR Systems Data Specialist with Workday expertise. You will support performance management, Workday implementation, and daily HR data needs. Lead end-to-end project management for performance reviews, utilizing Asana. Configure Lattice and troubleshoot technical issues. Support Workday deployment, execute system testing, and manage data conversion from legacy systems. Generate and analyze employee data reports, maintain data integrity, and handle ad-hoc requests. This role requires strong project management, communication, and technical skills, along with 5+ years of HR systems and data experience and Workday HCM expertise. The ideal candidate will possess additional skills and certifications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR systems and data roles
  • Workday HCM experience required
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience with system testing
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheet skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management of the performance review cycle, maintaining timeline adherence and stakeholder accountability
  • Create and manage comprehensive Asana project with all deliverables, dependencies, and milestones
  • Develop and execute communication strategy for company-wide announcements
  • Configure performance cycle module in Lattice
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and support for managers and employees during the review cycle
  • Track completion rates and provide regular status updates
  • Document process improvements for future performance cycles
  • Support the implementation team in ensuring successful Workday deployment
  • Execute system testing for the HCM module, and support cross-functional testing
  • Document and track testing results with detailed attention to accuracy and next steps
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify, prioritize, and resolve system bugs and issues
  • Play a key role in data conversion efforts from legacy HRIS to Workday, including
  • Ongoing data cleanup and validation
  • Creating and reviewing test conversion files
  • Validating converted data accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with configuration decisions based on business requirements
  • Support documentation of business processes within Workday
  • Generate and analyze employee data reports as requested by HR and business leaders
  • Maintain data integrity across HR systems through regular audits and cleanup
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects as needed
  • Create documentation for data processes to ensure knowledge transfer

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday Pro / Partner certification (any functional track)
  • Lattice power‑user experience (Engagement, OKRs, Calibration)
  • Change‑management training (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
  • SQL proficiency & BI dashboarding (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Comp / Benefits / Payroll module exposure —setup or annual cycle support
  • Legacy‑to‑Workday data‑migration track record (mapping, EIB, Studio, CloudConnect)
  • High‑growth or multi‑entity org experience (M&A, international rollouts)
  • Workday report writing (WQL, Calculated Fields, BIRT)
  • Security‑role architecture & SoD audit familiarity
  • Continuous Performance Management tooling (Betterworks, 15Five)
  • Engagement‑survey platforms (Culture Amp, Glint)
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, VBA macros)
  • People‑analytics / stats toolkit (R, Python pandas)
  • Project‑management certs (PMP, CSM, SAFe)
  • Agile / Scrum delivery experience for HRIT projects
  • Workflow‑automation tools (Workato, Zapier, Tray.io )
  • Data‑privacy & compliance know‑how (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
  • SOX or ISO 27001 audit exposure for HR systems
  • Single Sign‑On & SCIM provisioning setup (Okta, Azure AD)
  • Global payroll integrations and multi‑currency reporting
  • Training & enablement —building Workday user guides / live sessions
  • Organizational‑design / workforce‑planning collaboration experience
  • Design‑thinking or lean‑process mapping for HR workflows
  • SaaS API familiarity (REST/JSON) for custom integrations
  • Data‑warehouse / ETL background (Snowflake, Redshift)
  • Exposure to compensation‑planning tools (Workday Advanced Comp, Anaplan)
  • Advanced Asana features (rules, portfolios, workload view)
  • Vendor‑side Workday consulting stint (adds cross‑industry breadth)
  • Fluency in a second language for global HR support
  • Professional writing skills —policy docs, executive summaries
