Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a data/business analyst or similar role
• Experience in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making
• Skilled in data visualisation, reporting, and predictive analytics to support business intelligence efforts
• Proficient in working with large datasets, identifying trends, and optimising operational efficiency by aligning data-driven solutions with business needs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data interpretation and storytelling
• Proficiency in data tools
• Familiarity with business process modeling and data visualization best practices
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Translate business requirements into data models, dashboards, and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, product, and management to support data-informed strategies
• Design and improve KPIs and business metrics that align with company goals
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems
