Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent analytical skills
• Working knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries
• Experience documenting data flows and processes
• 1+ years of hands-on SQL development
• And to provide deliverables within the expected timeframe
• Experience profiling data, including data discovery, cleansing, and analysis

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to support operational analysis and deliver data insights
• Contribute to operations by establishing and reviewing metrics, Service level agreements, thresholds, and escalation procedures
• Build and present dashboards to audiences
• Be a data steward to monitor and improve overall data quality
• Review and validate data for accuracy
• Define and document ongoing process changes and improvements
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis
• Work closely with internal clients, senior team members, and external vendors to build relationship and maintain solid working relationships
• Aggregate, analyze our data through quantitative and qualitative analysis, data modeling, and business plan presentation
