Summary

Join CoreSite as a Data Center Technician I on the overnight shift from Friday through Monday. Assist in maintaining operational integrity, security, and regulatory compliance of the assigned data center while gaining experience in various functional areas such as security operations, customer service, and troubleshooting. Requires High School Diploma or greater with 1+ years of experience in either customer service or security industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining operational integrity, security, and regulatory compliance of the assigned data center
• Learn and gain experience through assisting more experienced data center technicians in day to day operations
• Ensure that data center problems are identified and repaired quickly
• Ensure contractors deliver quality services
• Meet internal customer demands
