Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience in Project management, Business operations, Product Operations or similar
  • 2+ years of experience managing 4-5 people directly
  • Background in data analysis
  • Experience working with BI tools (Looker, Tableau or Similar)
  • Experience in product analytics tools and methodology, instrumenting the product, data modeling, events and funnel tracking and proven ability to drive product insights
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Accuracy and attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills and excellent English

Responsibilities

  • Keep track of incoming customer requests and prioritize accordingly, communicate to our internal stakeholders on our advancement
  • Manage directly our DCA team
  • Create and maintain internal processes that will help us respond better
  • Identify, sort, clean, and tag raw data entries from various sources, creating a robust analytics data collection
  • Investigate and identify software components to enhance our data insights
  • Research compliance settings and certificates to ensure thorough coverage
  • Provide consistent updates on progress, issues, risks, and concerns to maintain transparency and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Data storytelling ability to influence audiences at all levels, including executive leadership
  • Knowledge and proficiency in SQL
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Python
  • Experience working with Zendesk
  • Knowledge/background in the cybersecurity industry
  • Strong statistical foundations. High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
