Requirements
- Proven experience leading impactful data projects and managing engineers, with a strong delivery track record
- Skilled in coaching, performance reviews, and building high-performing teams
- Hands-on in SQL and Python, with deep expertise in end-to-end data pipelines—covering orchestration, modeling, transformation, and quality—at scale
- Strong knowledge of modern cloud data stacks (e.g. BigQuery, Airflow, dbt, Spark), plus familiarity with LLM-adjacent tooling like vector databases and RAG
- Well-versed in data governance, cataloging, accessibility, and quality assurance
- Effective communicator with experience in agile methodologies, roadmap planning, and aligning technical strategy to business goals

- Own the technical roadmap, drive its formation and communicate it effectively across the organization
- Contributing directly to GWI's goal of embedding consumer insights at the heart of every organization
