Summary

Join a growing manufacturing company serving the construction and woodworking industries as a Remote Data Entry Specialist! This fully remote position (PH-based candidates only) involves managing a high volume of daily quote submissions (50-80) within a US timezone schedule (7 AM-4 PM EST). You will accurately input and manage product data, verify order details, communicate with customers, and maintain detailed records. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in data management tools, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Access, Outlook, HubSpot, Airtable, and Slack is preferred. A powerful computer setup is required, including Windows 11 Pro, a 10th-gen Intel i5/Ryzen 5 processor or better, 16GB RAM, 512GB NVMe SSD, dual monitors, and a high-speed internet connection.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and data management tools
  • Excellent written communication skills for clear and professional customer correspondence
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
  • Able to manage time effectively and meet daily productivity goals
  • Windows 11 Pro PC

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and manage product data to generate customer quotes
  • Verify all order details for accuracy and completeness before final confirmation
  • Communicate with customers via email to clarify specifications or resolve discrepancies
  • Cross-check information from multiple data sources to ensure consistency
  • Flag and report any unusual or incorrect order submissions to the appropriate team
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all processed quotes and order confirmations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow from submission to production
