Requirements

  • Familiarity with modern data architecture
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
  • Project management experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework
  • Develop measures to monitor Feeldโ€™s data maturity, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions to improve ways of working with data
  • Collaborate with all of Feeldโ€™s business units to ensure data governance initiatives align with organisational goals and regulatory requirements
  • Develop initiatives to improve Feeldโ€™s data accessibility and data literacy levels
  • Establish and oversee a data governance council and specific working groups to drive data governance initiatives across the organisation
  • Define roles and responsibilities related to data governance and ensure clear accountability for stewardship of the company's data assets
  • Implement data quality management practices, including data profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to ensure high-quality data across systems
  • Develop and manage a data catalogue to improve the accessibility and understanding of data assets within the organisation
  • Monitor compliance with data governance policies and standards and report on performance metrics to senior management
  • Lead the resolution of data-related issues and manage the escalation and approval process
  • Stay informed of trends, new regulations, and best practices in data governance and recommend improvements to the data governance program, aligning with our value of โ€˜Constantly Evolveโ€™
