Join Anteriad's Programmatic team as a Digital Implementation Specialist and innovate B2B marketing data-driven decisions. You will own pixel/tag implementation, UTM structure governance, and campaign measurement across platforms and client accounts, accelerating time-to-market for campaign launches. Collaborate with Media, Client Success, and Analytics teams to build scalable tagging frameworks and ensure flawless tracking implementation. You will implement and QA tracking pixels, build and manage UTM tracking structures, deploy and troubleshoot tags, and create internal documentation and QA processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital tag implementation, marketing operations, or web analytics
- Proficient in Google Tag Manager (or other tag management systems), Google Analytics, and major ad platforms
- Strong understanding of UTM parameters, URL structure, attribution models, and data pass back
- Experience with browser dev tools, debugging tracking issues, and QA - ing pixel firing
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Implement and QA tracking pixels and DSP universal pixels (Tradedesk, Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Floodlight, etc.) across client websites and landing pages
- Build, manage, and standardize UTM tracking structures to ensure clean campaign attribution
- Deploy and troubleshoot tags within tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager)
- Collaborate with VP of Programmatic to align tracking needs with platform and reporting requirements
- Support privacy-compliant tracking frameworks and stay up to date on platform and browser changes (e.g., iOS14+, cookie deprecation)
- Create internal documentation, QA processes, and best practices for tag governance and implementation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a media agency or programmatic operations environment
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Floodlight, and server-side tagging
- Familiarity with cookie consent frameworks, first-party data strategies, and identity resolution solutions
- Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or other web technologies
