Data Integrations Specialist

Summary

Join DeepIntent as a Data Integrations Specialist and run client data integrations, acting as the main point of contact for all integration-related matters. This highly client-facing role demands strong project management skills to ensure fast, transparent, and error-free integrations. You will manage target list handoffs, maintain existing integrations, and quarterback client discussions and implementations. Responsibilities include managing custom PLD reports, collaborating with engineers on escalations, and documenting all integrations. The ideal candidate possesses programmatic and/or publisher experience with a strong analytics background and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Programmatic and/or publisher experience with a strong analytics background
• Strong communication skills, confidently able to work in a client facing capacity
• Confidence to run agency & pharma client meetings
• Project management skills (must be able to spearhead and manage multiple projects at once)
• Requirements gathering: ability to partner with businesses and convert requests into requirements and be able to execute them
• Coordinate with the internal team to make sure delivery is on time (able to mitigate issues and think ahead)
• Strong understanding of data transfer methods like sFTP and S3
• Ongoing curiosity and drive to find process optimization/automation opportunities

Responsibilities

• Run our client data integrations
• Manage target list handoffs
• Supporting existing/live integrations maintenance
• Acting as quarterback for organization of client discussions and implementations
• Manage custom PLD reports, work with clients to gather requirements, shepherd implementation with the DSP and custom scripts (where applicable)
• Collaborate with engineers on escalation cases
• Manage documentation process for all internal & client integrations
• Be clients’ main point of contact for all things integrations-related
