Requirements

• Proven experience in building and maintaining Workday integrations, including EIB, PICOF, and Core Connector integrations
• Strong understanding of Workday's integration architecture and tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Build, test and rollout new integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between Workday and other systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver integration solutions
• Maintain the live integrations and be the go-to-person for the colleagues needing support with integrations
• Monitor and optimize existing integrations to ensure reliability and performance
• Stay up to date with Workday updates and best practices to continuously improve our integration capabilities
